Please inspect all packages promptly. If any products are missing, defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within one week of receipt.

To return products, please e-mail or call customer service within 30 days to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products must be returned in the original packaging in “like-new” condition with the RMA number written on the original packing slip.

Products returned after 30 days may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Some special orders may not be returnable.

Please note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Unless stated by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipment. We will not issue credit for returned products that are damaged.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days to reflect, from the time we receive the returned items.

The pricing seen online is the discounted "web price". Phone orders are charged a 20% handling charge.
